Recipient Org: Description West Whitelawburn Housing Co-operative (WWHC) is a tenant owned and controlled mutual housing cooperative based in South Lanarkshire, established in 1989. They manage a portfolio of, following a voluntary transfer agreement, and are responsible for all maintenance and landlord support work. They aim to provide good quality housing at affordable rents, to help and support their tenants and promote community development. Their accommodation includes 6 multi storey low rise blocks of flats and a densely populated area. Many of their tenants are income deprived and financially vulnerable. They support a total of 644 households.
