This has increase access to one to one emotional, advocacy and practical support and increase our delivery of group work. We deliver group sessions which focus on a variety of topics from positive coping skills, self-esteem. Beyond our fitness sessions we operate an IT suite in our community hub. After every session a lunch is offered either outside or at the hub with food provided.
