| Recipient Org: Description | Browns Community Services is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), incorporated on December 2015, working in communities across London and the South East of England. The CIC focuses on transforming the lives and well-being of socially excluded, disadvantaged and vulnerable people (18+) with complex and multiple needs, including offenders, and those at risk of offending. Clients can be supported for up to 12 months and work is centred on tailoring support for effective outcomes in resettlement, social integration and community building. Browns Community Services aims to empower service users with the tools, techniques and self-confidence needed to become independent valuable members of society, using flexible, innovative one-to-one support and community workshops. Browns Community Services currently employs 1 full-time who is supported by 18 volunteers and a Management Committee of 4 members. |
