| Recipient Org: Description | The Parents, Teachers & Friends Association of Send CofE Primary School, which caters for up to 400 children from Send and surrounding villages. The aims of the PTFA are to advance the education of the pupils in particular by: 1) Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school; 2) Engaging in activities or providing facilities for equipment, which support the school and advance the education of pupils. Although the current PTFA was only set up in 2015, it is formed through the amalgamation of the PTAs of two schools - Send First School and St Bede's Junior School (both in Send), which were first Federated and then joined to form one single Primary School.
