Purpose of Organisation | The Lower Green Community CIO was established in 2019 to continue the work of the Lower Green Community Association and to build on the achievements of the Lower Green Neighbourhood Challenge Project. The CIO holds the Internal Repairing and Insuring lease for the centre from Elmbridge BC. The Lower Green Fund awarded a three-year grant to support a development worker for the area in 2019, this grant was initially held by Elmbridge BC. Year two and three of the award were transferred to the newly established CIO in April 2021. The CIO is listed on the charity commission but has yet to publish its first R&A. |
