| Purpose of Organisation | Our core aims and objectives remain the same - but our programmes have expanded since our last application and now include a full sports programme, increased casework provision, a new young leaders programme, mentoring support and targeted one-to-one ESOL support for young learners needing extra support and for whom group sessions weren't suitable. We've also built emergency programmes in response to the Afghan Resettlement programme, which has included bespoke women's and girls provision. Over the next year we will continue to grow these programmes but also bring a new focus on capacity building within the community - providing training for community and multi-agency partners around the specific context of forced displacement in order to raise awareness but also ensure these partners have the skills and knowledge to better support displaced young people in the community. |
