Recipient Org: Description | Mind of the Student (MOTS) aims to give young people the knowledge, skills and understanding to recognise their own mental health needs and the support pathways available when in emotional distress through school-based workshops. Our workshops cover topics on depression, anxiety, exam stress and social media pressures, while also motivating young people to talk openly about their mental health with friends and family. Our Vision – A world where every young person is supported with their mental health in school. Our Mission – Provide a full circle approach, supporting schools to enhance their mental health provision, education and support for students, teachers and parents, allowing improved conversation and the removal of associated stigma. Our Goals (see below): 1. Increase Mental Health Awareness Raise awareness about the importance of mental health among students, teachers, and parents. 2. Provide Tools and Coping Strategies Equip students with practical tools and coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. 3.
