Recipient Org: Description | Break works with vulnerable children and young people in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk who are in care, on the edge of care and leaving care. Break provides safe and supportive homes for young people in care, including specialist disability residences. Break also provides residential homes for children with disabilities and special needs whose levels of care are beyond that which their families can provide at home. We support children at risk and help their families better care for them. Break also runs a fostering service, helping children find loving and stable placements. Break also offers enriching activities to care experienced young people to help them achieve positive life outcome and to heal from their experiences of trauma and abuse. Break continues to support young people after they have left care to help them connect with their communities and live fulfilling lives. |
