| Recipient Org: Description | Kernow Carers Service provides information, guidance and support to informal and unpaid carers specifically over 25 in their caring role. We support carers who are either identified as the most vulnerable and at risk of Covid-19, those who are also at risk of carer breakdown as they self-isolating to keep themselves safe. Through our service provision we do a range of work with carers - provide Carers Needs Assessments, give advise or signpost, and forums for carers to raise the voice of carers. |
