Industrial Cadets Pathway for Greater Manchester (360G-DEPF-100269)

To pilot a multi-programme approach for the Industrial Cadets programme with a number of partner schools in Manchester. The normal programme allows young people to gain accredited experiences, insights and exposure to STE(A)M careers and workplaces, helping to open their eyes to future opportunities and provides them with tools to succeed in the workplace. The young people involved are often only exposed to one activity or intervention through the programme. This pilot will test and evaluate whether a multi-programme approach significantly improves outcomes for the young people involved.
