From our primary healthcare centre we provide a nurse-led clinic and holistic services to improve people’s health and well-being. Services include showers, laundry, clothing, an IT suite, a postal address, hot meals and refreshments. Our Occupational Therapy service supports therapies and activities to improve people’s resilience and self-esteem; to develop skills and improve their social networks. Since 2016 we have provided supported move-on accommodation in partnership with another charity.
