Recipient Org: Description | Tendring Eldercare was formerly known as Family Support Clacton (801336), which was started in 1982. As of 1st April 2014 the Charity became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, and the trustees changed the name to Tendring Eldercare as it kept more in line with the services we provide. With over 30 years of experience the aims of the Charity are to improve the quality of life for older people. Particularly those who are isolated many of which are living in the rural areas of Tendring, to reduce isolation and alleviate the pressure on their families and carers. We deliver our services through our wellbeing day centre which is situated in West Clacton, and our rural luncheon club situated in Little Clacton. Our flexible approach allows us to tailor our services to suit each clients individual needs. |
