Beacon Project - Community health hubs (360G-GSTC-GRA02361)

£249,000
Recipient Organisation

To continue supporting Ascension Trust’s AT Beacon Project with funding for health hubs located across Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. Beacon’s health hubs have grown and have expanded their services beyond advice and information around vaccines. They set up triage pop-up clinics at community focal points that see attendance of people with lower likelihood to seek medical advice and are able to refer clients to GPs or for urgent medical attention. This funding is to resource the core costs of the future running of the services, whilst Beacon enters into legacy discussions with South East London NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (SEL CCG).
