Ubele Strategic Partnership - Black Systems Change Leadership Academy (360G-GSTC-GRA02421)

£149,000

To invest in a strategic partnership in which the Foundation is keen to utilise Ubele’s experience in capacity-building and leadership development within Black led communities to develop and deliver an accredited course on Black Systems Change. This aims to strengthen the capacity of local community organisations through using a combination of theory and practice which explore elements of strategy, structure, people, culture and as a result use these skills and expertise to address health inequalities. The project aims to create improved health outcomes and access to healthcare services within Lambeth and Southwark communities and develop increased capacity and sustainability of community organisations working on health-related initiatives.
