Doors Open: Transforming Lives through Music at Smith Square Hall (360G-JuliaRausingTrust-a1KSr00000Gn2wX)

Saving and reimagining St John Smith Square as a 21st century performance and events venue, to remove it from the Heritage at Risk Register, by improving lighting heating, cooling, digital streaming, sightlines, and acoustics. Capital work to the Grade I listed fabric of the 18thC building will create an Artist Wellbeing Hub, a Learning Studio, a larger Café in the crypt, and will be accompanied by a 4 year Activity Plan to engage local people through skills development, qualification attainment and schools engagement programmes with music and storytelling.
