Operations and Impact Coordinator (360G-JuliaRausingTrust-a1KSr00000MxOpd)

Since launching in 2021, PropUp has redistributed 46,000 items from film and TV productions to 300+ community organisations nationwide. With only two full-time staff, they?ve reached capacity and are turning away projects just as demand from productions and charities continues to rise. The request is to part-fund an Operations and Impact Coordinator. This third part-time role will expand PropUp's reach, strengthen partnerships, and build systems to track and maximise social and environmental impact. This will enable PropUp to serve 25% more productions annually, redistributing an estimated 10,000 additional items each year to food banks, youth centres, schools, homeless services, and community theatres. By scaling operations, PropUp will build a stronger bridge between the creative industries and the community sector?reducing waste, amplifying social value, and ensuring resources reach those who need them most.
