Assisting our service users with food parcels, cleaning products, hygienic pack, mobile phone , laptops,boosting their mega / data as all our work is now online or by calls given the social distancing measures. Many of them are self isolated with very little access to services. We will have to use delivery services to reach out to them. Relief payment to some of them who have no income.
