We also work to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives by campaigning on local and national issues. With both our clients and community partners we put an emphasis on enabling independence and resilience. We work preventatively and in partnership with local voluntary sector organisations and community and faith groups. We provide training to increase their capabilities and share our expertise. We also host a referral platform that reduces the risk of local people falling through the cracks between services.
