Recipient Org: Description The Cardinal Hume Centre tackles poverty and homelessness by providing specialist advice on employment, welfare, housing and immigration. We also run a Family Support Centre and Community Garden and a 24/7 supported accommodation for 37 homeless young people. Our founding ethos is "Each person matters, no human life is redundant" and our doors are open to all. But our efforts are increasingly focused on young people, children and their families to tackle homelessness, poor housing and poverty at a young age and break its cycle into later life. We exist for the local community in our Hub in Westminster.
