Its to enable mental well-being, to empower people with mental health issues to tackle the challenges they face and move forward with their lives. Our message is this: recovery is achievable. Its never an easy road. Often its a long one. But every year hundreds of people walk out of our doors stronger than they came in. We currently offer a high quality affordable counselling service which is delivered by mainly qualified counsellors but also include counsellors in training. We differ from other counselling services in the area as clients of our service have direct access to other well-being services we have,which include; complimentary therapies,advocacy,citizen advice bureau, well-being support groups and activities based on improving well-being.
