Its' mission is "changing lives -helping children and adults with health & social needs to enjoy cycling with our special bikes and trikes" Regular cycling sessions are held like the popular Saturday Club at the Odd Down cycling circuit which attracts between 30-40 users regularly. A key feature is the social aspect of sessions where users are encouraged to take part as a family with siblings or their carers. The 'Friends' group represents the interest of Wheels for All users, providing feedback to the projects coordinator, delivery staff and volunteers. The Friends play a key role in shaping activities and enable the project to address their needs and aspirations. The group supports the projects aim to become a CIC. |
