TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN BRISTOL BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTABLE, SKILLFUL AND INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUALS- We believe that all young people need to know that they are loved, respected and trusted. We have launched our own community work activities, in addition to joining with partners. We also provide a number of welfare activities (arts, sports, leisure) for the community. We organise workshops during school days to help children learn through a different setting and improve their literacy and numeracy skills; and extracurricular activities during school holidays 2. TO ASSIST AND FACILITATE THE RESETTLEMENT OF SENEGALESE AND GAMBIAN IN BRISTOL IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR SOCIAL, CITIZENSHIP AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING- Over the past six years the number of Senegalese and Gambians resettling to Bristol has grown exponentially (mainly from Italy, Spain and France) and there was a growing need to give them support. 3. TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS; TO MANAGE SUCH A CENTRE FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS HARMONY AND ABOVE OBJECTS.
