We are here to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health through the provision ofinformation, activities, advice and support.LIVE: A Registered CQC Housing; Two supported housing projects; a Welfare AppealsService & 1-1 Community Support, providing practical & emotional support to some ofthe most vulnerable people in B&NES; Breathing Space (a safe haven - currentlyoperating as a support line) open from 5.30pm to 11.30pm, 365 days a year; Befriending- specifically to support those in our community experiencing loneliness, isolation andanxiety.LEARN: Wellbeing in the Workplace Training, Mental Health Awareness, Mental HealthFirst Aid & Youth training programmes including Youth Mental Health First Aid.SHARE: Our Wellbeing Service comprising of 14 support groups, collaborativecommunity projects; eco-therapy allotment projects, a catering social enterprise andprojects inspiring people to boost wellbeing. All of these have been adapted to onlinesupport during COVID-19.
