Recipient Org: Description We are a Black-led racial justice organisation based in Bristol that supports the development of dynamic, independent, and strong Black and Minoritised communities, businesses, and organisations to flourish whilst challenging systemic barriers. We drive racial equity in the UK society’s dimensions of research, policy, innovation, socio-economics, and health through a collective and meaningful community-led approach. We work across multiple strands including Policy and Research, Culture and Heritage, Economy and Enterprise, Sector Development, and Housing. In May 2021, we obtained a lease for a community asset in the heart of St.Paul's at the Coach House, where we deliver our programming. We are currently working on fundraising for a full refurbishment of the building that will make the destination for Black and Minoritised culture, heritage, enterprise and innovation. Our impact from last year is summarised in our recent impact report which can be found here: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/594948a7414fb5804d2b4395/t/6399b1666622383948030ab0/1671016823833/BSWN+Impact+Report+2022.pdf
