Recipient Org: Description HHB has a building based in Kingswood where people who have or who are homeless can visit have a shower wash clothing, use the internet, receive food, clothing, toiletries sleeping bags and rucksacks. We support people with finding accommodation through the Council along with attending appointments with people to Doctors, Probation, Mental Health services. We do run an outreach service handing out basic items along with hot meals to those rough sleeping within Bristol & South Gloucestershire. We maintain relationships with those caught up in the criminal justice system speaking to them on the phone, sending emails, clothing along with visits. Once people are released we pick them up supporting them to gain accommodation.
