The project will fund a total of 12 young carers who show/have shown an interest and aptitude in sailing to progress and take a certificated RYA course - the RYA Sailing Scheme Levels 1-4 according to their proficiency. Each course is of 5 days duration. The funding will contribute to 6x level 1 RYA certificates, 6x RYA Level 2 certificates, 12 taster sessions for 24 young people and 6 sailing refresher sessions for 12 young people.
