Wellbeing Club (360G-SE-2023007002LOTT_2023-09-27)

The project will provide a Wellbeing Club for 150 inactive and less active adults on low incomes drawn from areas of disadvantage. This will include separate weekly sessions of chair yoga, floor yoga and walking, and will take place for 34 weeks in total, delivered on Mondays over six terms and overseen by a new part-time sessional worker. Each session will accommodate up to ten participants and the project will close with a celebration event. Funding will pay for transport, additional staff costs, promotion, coaches’ fees and equipment, including yoga mats, blocks and trolley.
