This project will provide an electronic interactive exercise wall and equipment for use with 500 older people and people recovering from strokes. Equipment will also be provided together with transport to take the exercise wall out to residential homes once a month for a year. The cardio wall can be used by people in wheelchairs, those with limited mobility and transported to different locations and moved to help those who are conscious to exercise around others.
