This project will establish a community-based exercise programme for people with major lower limb loss, who are under-represented in sports and exercise settings. The project will expand to a new location in Nottingham. The project will be tailored to the participants' complex needs but will target aerobic, balance, strength, agility training. Funding will support training new instructors, exercise delivery via face-to-face and online modes (instructor and facility hire costs), and administrative costs for evaluating the success of the programme.
