This project will allow KIDS to partner with disability experienced coaches at local sports and leisure venues to provide 24 sessions of sports and exercise activities to enable disabled children and young people and their siblings and parents. The programme will provide 8 sessions of each of families top 3 requested activities. All sessions will be 2 hours long, families from both 2 weekly sessions will be able to participate, and a meal and refreshments will be provided.
