This project will deliver weekly basketball and boxing sessions, for 15 young people per session, ages 14-18. Sessions will be led by professional coaches, with additional support from a youth worker. The target participants live in areas of deprivation and include school refusers; young carers; young people with family challenges (divorce, abuse, difficult relations); and young people from ethnically diverse groups.
