Exercise Classes for Retirement Living Schemes (360G-SE-2023012487LOTT_2023-11-28)

This project will provide a 2 day, in-person, training programme for 7 Activity Coordinators and 5 volunteers to be able to safely lead seated exercise classes across their retirement living communities and community venues. Up to 120 residents will be able to take part and 5 new boccia sets will be purchased, along with some new, additional equipment (resistance bands, bendaballs, foam noodles and bean bags) to have a supply at each scheme available for regular use and to allow as many residents as possible to participate in various activities tailored to their needs.
