This project will deliver tailored sporting activities to over 50's who are disabled, socially isolated, physically inactive, sedentary and frail. They will deliver cognitive stimulating games and 45 minutes of physical activity in Meopham Leisure Centre, they will also work in partnership with 2 local care homes by going to the care homes and delivering weekly and 1:1 sessions to the residents, who will then have the opportunity to attend the sessions at the Leisure Centre when they are more comfortable and confident.
