This project will run Moving Together Project (MT Project) which will create 2435 opportunities for elderly and disabled people and those living with dementia and their carers to access appropriate physical wellbeing activities. These will be delivered by 10 one off Council run care homes across Hampshire. 3 day long-workshops for health and social care workers and 60 community sessions. The sessions will incorporate movement and dance along with utilising resources to provide opportunities for participants to become active.
