Changing Lives Through Fitness (360G-SE-2023018703EXCH_2024-02-26)

This project will deliver weekly fitness sessions including strength training, cardio, and functional training to participants in the Volunteer Plus (V+) Programme. Sessions provide opportunities to build healthy relationships and interact with the wider community to combat social isolation and loneliness. Exercises are tailored for each individual’s fitness levels so they can progress over the course to improve physical health, mental wellbeing and overall quality of life. Participants will set goals to improve their health and wellbeing.
