This project will continue six Stay Strong and Steady Activity and Movement to Music sessions across Chard, Yeovil and Crewkerne in Somerset. Sessions are for the residents of Extra-Care and Independent Living Schemes, mainly aged 75 plus, to have the opportunity to use the activity as a place to socialise, to help combat social exclusion and loneliness and to be able to gently exercise in a group setting. Funding will support instructor costs.
