Seated Boxing for All (360G-SE-2024009840_2024-09-17)

This project will deliver weekly 60 minute seated boxing sessions for people with mobility issues, older adults, individuals from low-income backgrounds, culturally diverse communities and unpaid carers. The project will run over 46 weeks and will look to benefit 200 participants. Funding will contribute towards coaching costs and staff training costs, including adaptive fitness training, first aid, safeguarding, and inclusive coaching practices.
