The project will support the Give it a Go sports and activity programme, providing a range of opportunities for university students. Funding will pay for a coach to deliver two, one-hour weekly yoga sessions for 13 weeks, plus 20 paddle rackets and four hours a week of external venue hire for 11 weeks. The one-hour sessions will also include volleyball, basketball, badminton and futsal. Sessions will take place Monday to Friday between 5pm and 10pm. Participants will be made aware of opportunities to continue in their chosen activities.
