This project will deliver a programme of 48 weeks of non-contact American flag football to 16-24 year olds from diverse communities and low income families to be active. The project will include a half day introductory session and deliver two x 1.5 hour sessions a week, one will be fitness training and the second weekly session non-contact American flag sessions. Funding will support coaching costs, venue hire, equipment, marketing and upskilling two young people with American football coaching qualifications.
