CADS Plus: Inclusive sports club for disabled young adults (360G-SE-2024019661_2025-03-26)

This project will build on the 20-year-old award-winning CADs programme for young people aged 8 – 16 years. It will take place once a week. Each three-hour session will include two one-hour sport and physical/ wellbeing activities (swimming, sensory tennis, cycling, football, rebound therapy, dance, yoga and drama). The last hour will offer time for refreshments, social time and planning time. Funding will be used towards DBS checks, administration costs, volunteer expenses, equipment, facility hire, coaches, training and staff costs. 150 people will benefit from this 12-month project.
