This project will offer 48 free-of-charge men's Boxing sessions across 12 months in Redhill. Each session will be led by a qualified Boxing coach and supported by 2 volunteers. This project will help up to 30 men per session (50 different men across 1 year), aged 18+, to get physically active and improve their mental health. Additionally 2 volunteers will be trained up as Level 1 Boxing Coaches. Funding will support coaches fees, equipment, transport training.
