This project will provide gentle, low-impact physical activity sessions for inactive adults in Grimsby, particularly older people, those with long-term health conditions, and individuals experiencing loneliness. The project will host four sessions per week, each lasting around an hour, for 48 weeks. Activities may include chair-based exercise, Tai Chi, light aerobics, and movement to music with funding covering coaching, administration, equipment, refreshment and promotion costs.
