Movement for Mood (360G-SE-2025011569_2025-09-10)

This project will provide a community activity group, targeting members of the local community in Bridlington that would otherwise struggle to access physical activity, including those on low incomes, those that suffer from poor mental health or loneliness and groups that are excluded from traditional routes into physical activity. A range of activities will be offered, allowing individuals to try new things. 1 hour sessions will be delivered once a week in 6 week blocks. Funding will support coaching fees, equipment, facility hire and new staff costs.
