This project will develop a full pathway from junior girls sections (U12, U14 and U16 existing) through to the creation of a first women's U18 and senior women's teams. The project will recruit two female coaches to deliver twice weekly training sessions on Wednesdays and Sundays, two hours each over 32 weeks of the year. Funding will contribute towards coaching and some equipment and essential training costs.
