This project will fund sessional staff and train six local young people as instructors, to create visible role models to provide affordable and welcoming sailing and paddling sessions for up to 700 young people and adults from low income and ethnically diverse backgrounds across Birmingham at the Bartley Green reservoir. Funding will contribute towards coaches' costs, facility hire and capacity building training only.
