This project will deliver three weekly sessions with activities including dance, exercise and fitness and yoga, for women aged over 45, from Culturally Diverse Communities in Salford. It will run as a 12-week programme, running three slots of 12 weeks over nine months. Each session will last 90 minutes, including 30 minutes cool down and social interaction. Funding will cover facility hire, coaching, travel, volunteer and promotion costs.
